Turn-by-turn GPS navigation when riding your bike, with spoken instructions to keep you eyes on traffic. You will never again need to stop and look at your phone when uncertain if youre on track.

Only Co-Rider offers:
• English, Dutch, German and Danish instructions such as "turn left in 25 meters" or "turn left at traffic lights" through your headphones.
• automatic calculation of a new route when you miss a direction. You almost never have to turn back.
• uses bicycle routes where possible, which are safer and often shorter.
• lower battery usage than other navigation apps with only onscreen instructions.
• no risk of theft, as you can keep your iPhone safe in your pocket.

Routes are specifically tailored to bikes, using bicycle paths where available and avoiding roads unsuitable for bikes. They are generated using OpenStreetMap data, and the app will mostly be useful in areas where OpenStreetMap coverage is good. You will be able to try out navigation for free for 10 days to get a sense of the route quality.

TCX and GPX files from other programs or websites can be used as routes in Co-Rider. Start out in the application where you have the TCX or GPX file (Dropbox, Mail, etc.) and choose Open in Co-Rider. For best results use TCX files with cue sheets.

Co-Rider uses the GPS while navigating which can decrease battery life. When you reach your destination the GPS is no longer needed and battery usage returns to normal.
